Ideaistics is both aspiration and practice. The aspiration is to develop a science of ideas through observation and theory. The practice is speculative ideation across multiple domains working with different collaborators and AI platforms. A current project is SpecFutures, future scenarios on a 50-250 year timeline, developed "on spec" to highlight opportunities at the intersection of projected human capabilities, from advanced manufacturing to dense energy, from food engineering to LEO habitats.
